Built on the northwestern horizon of Crete, among olive trees and light, Esperia radiates a quiet elegance.

With soft curves, transparency, and natural materials, each residence embraces the sunset and the stillness of the landscape.
Here, the day ends slowly — and beautifully.

The central idea is the creation of a residential complex designed around the core principles of privacy and aesthetic harmony.

Sculptural curves meet clean lines, creating a sense of flow — spaces that convey both grounding and movement.

Each residence is carefully positioned to frame uninterrupted views of the Cretan Sea, offering a discreet luxury rooted in the natural surroundings.

The two main entrances of the complex are distinguished by their signature curves, welcoming guests into a “sanctuary” of gentle minimalism, refined design, and simplicity.

Familiar wooden vertical surfaces, raw materials, flowing water, and Mediterranean vegetation shape the outdoor spaces — ideal for moments of relaxation and togetherness.

The residences feature private pools, spacious gardens or terraces, seating areas, and BBQ spaces. The main elevation of the complex is formed in a “V” shape, following the existing slope of the land.
The project is developed across three levels, allowing all homes to enjoy unobstructed views of Heraklion city and the Cretan Sea.
